Get the life you love with National Career Development Week!

The third annual National Career Development Week (NCDW) will run from 18 - 24 May 2009.

The Career Industry Council of Australia (CICA) is funded by the Australian Government to run the week until 2010. There were more than 500 events across Australia in 2008, so watch this space as the 2009 calendar develops.

NCDW aims to promote awareness of career development, to assist all Australians to develop the skills they need to manage their own careers and to encourage an interest in lifelong learning.

It's a chance to enrol in a course, start a new hobby or apply for a new job. It’s a chance for you - as an individual - to consider your career path, set some personal goals (they don’t have to be about work) or to make a forward plan. You could also help a friend, family member or colleague with their own career.
