Supporting your child

If you have a child aged 13 to 19, this information may help you and your child.

options for youth What do you say when your child asks what they should do when they ‘grow up’? For starters, remind them of the many options and choices they have. Tell them to think about a trade, an apprenticeship, university, TAFE, volunteering and much, much more.
We work with schools, businesses and community organisations to deliver useful information and hands-on programs and activities that help young people to make sound decisions about their career paths. Our services are handy because our providers are located around Australia. How we help
You can play a key role in helping your child to make sound career choices. Talk with them about their interests and their options for more study and employment after school. The more you know about what’s available to them, the more you can help. How you can help
