Improving career development
services
The Australian Government is working to improve the standards of career
development services—including career education in schools—and the standing of
career teachers.
This is achieved through:
initiatives that promote career development in schools and encourage the
wider engagement of schools, business, industry, parents and community groups
in quality career development activities
the professional development of career practitioners and teachers, and
other intermediaries
career information products and services.
