Regional Industry Career Advisers
To help you make decisions about your future, you need good quality career information from people who really know what they’re talking about. Career Advice Australia has established a network of 57 Regional Industry Career Advisers so that all 13 to 19-year-olds across Australia have access to career information relevant to the area they live in.
Let’s face it—Australia is a huge place! No two regions are the same and that’s why it’s so important that you have information about what’s happening in your region when you start thinking about your future.
Regional Industry Career Advisers keep up-to-date with regional industry developments, local career opportunities and regional skills needs, and make sure that this information is filtered down to you through Local Community Partnerships and schools.
Regional Industry Career Adviser have all the right contacts in businesses and industry bodies and they use these relationships to encourage more employers to get involved in programmes like Adopt a School and Structured Workplace Learning.
